RETURNS - We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our products except for custom built battery packs.
Varta packs are considered custom built so make sure you order the correct battery pack. If for any reason you are
not satisfied with the product that you received please contact us by e-mail to get a RMA number
first. We will need to know what item you are returning, your phone number, address and invoice number in your e-mail. We will then e-mail a RMA number
to you. Product must then be shipped back to us within ten days for credit after RMA number is issued.
All returned products for refund may be charged a 15% restocking fee and must be in original package, in good condition
with original invoice. We do not refund shipping charges unless the product that we shipped was in our error.
The one exception to the 30 day return policy is for items bought in November and December for Christmas Gifts. We will extend
the return policy for any item that was ordered as a Christmas Gift until Jan 31st of the following year to return a item.
Order must be placed online and at checkout you will see a section for special instructions and that is where you need to make
a note that the item is a Christmas Gift. Automotive and Motorcycles batteries do not apply.
Racing Batteries can only be returned within 30 days for refund as NEW only. Classic Car batteries can not be returned because they are
built for your car. If we send the wrong battery then we will make it right. If you order the wrong battery we will replace it
but shipping charges will apply.
