Rules for the 2008 Vacation Sweepstakes Drawing at Olympic Village Inn: » Battery Central Mall is the sole sponsor of this sweepstakes giveaway of one (1) free vacation week of lodging at the Olympic Village Inn at Squaw Valley California. » Items must be purchased from Battery Central Mall between November 1, 2007 to October 31, 2008 to qualify for the free vacation week of lodging at Olympic Village Inn. » To be entered into the drawing you must mail back a copy of each invoice(s) with an entry form. » No limit to the number of times you can enter with a qualified invoice. One (1) entry form per invoice. » Anyone can enter the drawing but must be 18 years or older, not a family member or employed at Battery Central Mall. » There is no cash value or product exchange for your week. » If for any reason an item is returned for a refund, that entry form will be void and discarded if the total product value is $0.00. » The week of March 29 to April 5, 2009 is already reserved for two (2) adults and cannot be changed. » This prize is also transferable to another person but you must notify Battery Central Mall before Febuary 1, 2009 or they will not be able to check-in. Do not contact Olympic Village Inn to make changes. » This giveaway is for lodging only and you will have to provide your own transportation to get there, meals, etc. » Any expenses charged to the room, damages to the room or property is your expense. Not Battery Central Mall. » NO PETS ALLOWED - Olympic Village Inn reserves the right to vacate the room if a pet is found in the room. » There will be a $150 charge or more to the room occupant for any pets found on the premises. » Olympic Village Inn and Battery Central Mall are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS » Winners must follow any rules that Olympic Village Inn has for any guests that stay there. » This is not a time-share and you do not have to attend any sales meetings. » A valid credit card is required at check-in. » Battery Central Mall is not responsible for lost or late entry forms. » All entry forms must be in by November 30, 2008 » The drawing will be on the first week in December 2008 and the winner posted the same day. » Battery Central Mall will try to contact the winner with the info given on the entry form.
